Thoroughly review your pay stub and check for any irregularities. If you find any errors with your pay, please send an email to kimpatterson@ircsd.org; note the error and what you believe should really be on your pay stub. Include your work phone number in case Kim has any questions. You will be put in a queue of inquiries and she will get back to you within a few weeks.
You can use the following as a key to verify your biweekly amount, your deductions, your exemptions, and your address is up to date:
Contract: This is the amount that was on your salary notice in June; the pay you are due to receive from July 1 - June 30.
HBOUTSUP: Applies to those qualified for and receiving the healthcare buyout (employees who are not signed up for health insurance through IR).
LONG10MO: Longevity; occurs only if you are a 10 month + 20 day employee.
REG PAY: Extra hours worked above your standard work week; or for substitutes, units in num or hrs.
