Students/Parents: Your first point of contact for resolving a technology issue will often be your teacher, but you may also call our Help Desk at (315) 642-3477 between the hours of 7:15AM-4:00PM to be directed to the technician or instructional tech specialist who will best be able to address your needs.
Faculty/Staff: Experiencing a hardware or software issue? Please submit a work order through our Q Ware system. Submitting work orders is critical for identifying widespread issues and ensuring that your issue is assigned to a technician or instructional tech specialist quickly and efficiently.
