Use of Facilities
Indian River utilizes ML Schedules to receive and track Use of Facilities Requests and Events. The program also provides email notification to administrators, custodians, office staff, requesters, etc. of events and happenings within the District.
Filter calendar view to the space and site you want to view.
View events by LIST view, this makes viewing more clean and organized.
Please note details below regarding Group Classifications, First-Time User, Housekeeping and Cancellations

Kitchen use will not be approved without 14 day notice per CSEA union contract.
If a space is already booked you will not be able to request it
First-time User:
Open the ML Schedules login page
LOGIN:
Staff user: Select "Login With Google", this will automatically log you in to the system with your ircsd.org credentials.
Non IR User (non-Indian River team/group): Enter your group/personal email and Select "Create New Account" (not your IRCSD email as the classification is different for non-Indian River use)
OPEN Account Profile and COMPLETE the following:
CLICK on your name at the top right, Select "Profile:
ENTER a contact phone number (not a School phone line) this is for custodians to contact you for Cancellation or Emergency.
CREATE a New Group - a group must be created to request a facility- You do not have to create a group with your name when you sign on for the first time. Select '+ Add New Group' to create a new group ( ie: Key Club, Varsity Football, JV Girls Soccer, SADD, HS Counseling ect.)
Group Classifications:
Class 1) Indian River employees who are coaching/advising/teaching an Indian River group
Class 2) All other groups will be class 2-4 (Please read guidelines on ML Schedules); If you are requesting a space for a non-Indian River team/group you will use your personal email, not your IRCSD email
The group will be reviewed by IR Athletics once submitted, you will receive an email with the approval or modification. When the you receive a 'Group Approval' email, you can submit your request.
Housekeeping:
Do not request multiple dates/times and spaces if you do not need them
Athletic Teams: The head coach of each team is responsible for requesting spaces. Assistant Coaches can be added as a group contact to receive ML Schedules updates.
Include event details in Notes. Please provide as many details in the Notes section of your request(s); these notes are viewed by all Custodial Staff. Custodians must have details to help set up your equipment needs, goals, lines, tables, chairs, etc.
Approvals:
Review Approval Email once received. Note which spaces and dates are and/or are not approved, not all dates or spaces may be approved in a multi-date or multi-space request
Cancellations:
At all times when possible, cancel your event and/or request in a timely manner. Most events occur outside normal operating hours, thus, Custodial & Buildings/Grounds Staff are also working additionally outside operating hours.
Cancel the event on ML Schedules
Click the event on the calendar and Select Cancel. This will prompt an email notification to the appropriate users.
After School Hour Cancellations: Contact the custodian on call.
