Do you need a computer?
Step 1: Learning Coach: Go to My Info
Access My Info from within the Online School to check the order status and view tracking information for both course materials and computer hardware.
Please note that you must log in to the Learning Coach account to access My Info.
Log in to your OLS account
Click on the Learning Coach's name (located on the top right of the Homepage)
Click the My Info in the drop-down menu
Select the Students name
*The Learning Coach may also access My Info by going to "myinfo.k12.com" and then enter your OLS username and password.
You can view the Material Expected Ship Date in the My Info Overview. Allow 3-5 business days for delivery. Be sure to roll over the icon to view any additional information.
Step 2: Check Course Material Order Status
Click the Orders tab to see a list of all material orders
Select the Order Number that you would like to view
Scroll down to Course Materials to view a summary of your order; this includes a list of the materials provided for each course, the kit name, SKU number, the order status and tracking information.
Click the "arrow" to see the items provided in each course kit
Step 3: Check Computer Order Status
Computer equipment ships within one week of your course materials and may arrive in separate shipments and on different days. Unfortunately, you will not be able to check your computer order ahead of time. Computer orders are not visible in My Info until the day the computer ships.
Once the computer ships, click the Hardware tab to view UPS tracking information.
Step 4: Track Your Materials and Computer on UPS.com
For shipping status details, we recommend that you track your shipments on UPS.com.
Once your materials ship, My Info will provide the tracking number. Go to UPS.com website and enter the tracking number into the UPS Track box. UPS will provide you the current location of your package as well as the estimated delivery date.
Course Materials shipping to the wrong address? Contact K12 Customer Support directly and we will work with UPS to try have the shipment redirected to your correct address.
