PE Uniform Orders
PE Uniform Orders
Parents/students who want to order the Scullen PE clothing may do so at any point during the school year through Boomer T's. When placing an order, you can select to pick up your items at their Oswego location or have it shipped directly to your house. Orders typically take about 2 weeks to arrive. Parent notes are good for up to 3 days. A doctor’s note is required after that.
IF getting a doctor’s note, check to see if the student is able to participate in selected/limited activities rather than having to sit out completely from physical education.
If an athlete does not participate in P.E. class, they will not be allowed to practice or play in a game for athletics.
Fitness Testing
Fitness Testing
The FitnessGram Fitness Tests are a great way to give students information about their personal fitness. It is like a doctor's check up! Their score is not for a grade but it allows them to see where they are at in comparison to where they should be for someone their age. These tests will be completed each quarter that they have PE.
Pacer : Aerobic Capacity/Cardiovascular Endurance Test
Sit and Reach : Posterior-Chain Flexibility Test
Curl-up Test : Core Muscular Endurance and Strength Test
Push-up Test : Upper Body Muscular Endurance and Strength Test
