I grew up attending Naperville District 203 schools, but moved to the southern side of town as a young adult. I student taught at Crone Middle School and then landed my first FACS/Health position at Grove Jr. High in Elk Grove Village. An opportunity opened up, where I was beyond excited to accept at Fischer Middle School in 2016, teaching some of my own passions, useful skills, and fundamentals to youth!

I have three living children
We are big foodies, and our travels usually revolve around finding the best local spots to dine at notable vacation spots include: Italy, Florida, Colorado, Nashville, and California.
I enjoy scrapbooking, cooking & baking, and spending time with my family and friends. I love turtles (although I have never owned a pet) and butterflies hold a special meaning for me.
