Terumasa Kogure, Ph.D. is a professor of Community Future Design Center, Fukushima University, Japan. He is also a practitioner, coordinator, and consultant of lifelong and adult learning. Dr. Kogure is interested in approaching adult development and learning from the perspective of human cognition. He teaches biological, perception, cognitive, and media psychology in class.
