About us

In the era of rapidly advancing frontiers of Science and Technology, ANANTA - The Science and Innovation Society of Indraprastha College for Women was launched on 11 October 2018. It was launched as an academic society that acts as a torch of discovery for budding young 'scientists' to quench their thirst for knowledge. It is a collaboration of four departments: Computer Science, Mathematics, Psychology, and Geography.

Members of Ananta undertake the responsibility for the cultivation of awareness, encouragement of critical thinking, and involvement of students in numerous activities under the supervision and guidance of the Coordinator and Departmental Advisors.

Our Vision

With the intention to innovate, discover, and create, Ananta-The Science Society was introduced as a part of an interdisciplinary collaboration of 4 departments. We aim to go beyond the conventional scientific disciplines in order to enhance general scientific temperament amongst peers from all backgrounds.

Our Mission

Along with our journey towards innovation, we aspire to create an inclusive and sustainable space using science and technology. The goal of creating a sustainable environment and sustainable community is accelerated by our self-sustaining mindset and proactive membership.
