The Individual Skills Report reflects how a student responded to each item on the screener.
Students are asked to respond by choosing “Never, Sometimes, Often, Almost Always.”
It is important to remember this data is a point in time measure.
An asterisk (*) next to an item indicates it uses an inverted scoring scale. You will see the inverted scale identified on the right-hand side of the individual skills report graph (see image below).
An exclamation point (!) next to the screening score highlights a possible area to monitor.
Our district is not currently using the Teacher screening tool, so the report will only show student screening data (blue line in the image below).
