ION paid holidays do not guarantee the day off. Please refer to your leadership team for further information.
Regular full-time employees are entitled to the above paid holidays observed by the company (after the 90-day probationary period is over)

Benefit Changes & Qualifying Events
Once an employee enrolls in benefits, changes may only be made, outside of ION's annual open enrollment, due to a qualifying event: Examples of a qualifying event: Gain/Loss of Coverage, birth or adoption of new child, divorce, marriage, etc.
Employees have 30 days from the date of the qualifying event to get this completed in Paycom.

Employees will be required to provide supporting documentation for the qualify event. Please have documentation ready and attach the information to the event request!
