How Billing Works

We operate as a private, concierge advocacy service and do not bill insurance.
This ensures our guidance remains fully independent and tailored exclusively to your needs.

We begin with a complimentary discovery call to better understand your situation and determine the most appropriate level of support.

For straightforward administrative needs, services may begin on an hourly basis, with a clear estimate provided in advance. For more complex cases, an Initial Case Assessment ($500) is required to review your medical situation, identify key challenges, and develop recommended next steps. If you move forward with ongoing services within 14 days, the assessment fee will be applied as a credit toward those services.
