Registration

Participants interested to present a paper in the conference should submit the abstract of the paper within 200 words indicating important results of the paper. Research workers and students of PG/UG level can submit full papers for presentation for award of prizes and certificates for the best paper as mentioned in the registration form. A souvenir will be published on the occasion. Articles are invited on Mathematics and Allied areas.

The style of writing of research paper for publication in the proceeding of Conference in the format of Journal of Orissa Mathematical Society (JOMS) as mentioned in the website www.journalofoms.com. The author must have requested for publication in the proceedings of the conference and presented in the conference. It will be published if selected by committee of experts.

Persons interested to participate in the paper presentation of the following award categories must mention the category:

Category-1: Professor Ghanashyam Samal Best Paper Presentation Award (for UG/PG/M.Phil/M.Tech./B.Tech. Students).

Category-2: Professor Ghanashyam Samal Best Paper Presentation Award (for Ph.D./Research Scholar).

Category-3: Professor Tribikram Pati Best Paper Presentation Award (for Post Doctoral Students/Faculties below 35 years of age as of 20/01/2023).

Interested participants may register their names either in advance or at the venue on payment of the fees as follows:

Registration Fees:

(i) Annual membership fee of OMS: Rs.300/-.

(ii) Life membership fee of OMS: Rs.1500/-.

(iii) Registration fee of members from educational institutes: Rs. 500/- (Rs. 300/- for host institute + Rs. 200/- for OMS).

(iv) Registration fee for member participants from industries: Rs. 1000/- (Rs. 800/- for host institute + Rs. 200/- for OMS).

(v) Student (member/non-member) Registration fee Rs. 200/- (students who are not getting scholarship/fellowship and who are presenting paper) for host institute.

Bank Details:

Notes:

It is mandatory to provide a copy of ID Proof along with this Registration form. It is required to send the filled up registration form to oms50@iomaorissa.ac.in.

Last date of registration: 15th January, 2023 (11:59 pm)

Spot registration can also be done on 21 January 2023.

Lodging and boarding arrangements for all interested participants will be made on a payment basis in Hotels outside or in IMA Hostels within the campus. Hence delegates should inform us 15 days prior to the conference. Bhubaneswar is well connected by Road/Rail/Air services. The Institute is nearly 07 km from the Bus Station (Baramunda) and 15 km from the Railway Station and Airport.

Travel Expenses:

T.A./D.A. will be paid to some of the invited speakers, chairpersons and rapporteurs if funds will be available, it may be given partially/fully as per rule.
