"Intuition is not a single way of knowing—it's our ability to hold space for uncertainty and our willingness to trust the many ways we've developed knowledge and insight, including instinct, experience, faith, and reason." - Brené Brown
She/Her
I am a dynamic clinician who will meet each session with compassion and enthusiasm. I provide genuinely person-centered psychotherapy, with specialization in Internal Family Systems (IFS). I pride myself on collaborating effectively with individuals and their resources to improve problems and overall well-being. I practice from a trauma and development forward, feminist perspective. I am culturally responsive and LGBTQ+ friendly. All bodies, all identities, and all relational styles are welcome. I love humans and strive to be a safe space where hard stories can be told.
I completed my Masters of Social Work with a concentration in clinical practice at The Catholic University of America. My career spans non-profit, government, corporate, and private settings, specializing in chronic mental health disorders, addiction, and crisis intervention.
Along with my private practice, I am a Doctor of Social Work Candidate at Tulane University.
