This goal focuses on ways we can invest in an open space network to provide vibrant public spaces and green infrastructure throughout Downtown.
This goal focuses on ways we can invest in an open space network to provide vibrant public spaces and green infrastructure throughout Downtown.
To do so, we must re-imagine existing open spaces, develop new permanent and temporary parks in areas under-served by green space, enhance the environment, and continue to connect to the River.
