After his mom died, Travis moved back to his childhood home in Eastern Kentucky to care for his father and grandfather. There he could only find a job for $16,000 a year.
After graduating from Interapt's program he started at Interapt making $42,000 a year. A year later, he took a new job with a Fortune 100 company making over $80,000 a year.
