Services 

Integrity Youth Homes, LLC is a family-oriented, behavioral residential facility which has been specifically created to provide a clean, safe environment for Arizona's abused and/or neglected youth. The environment is a comfortable and intimate home setting with room for a total of four youth. This will allow our kids to focus on enhancing their living skills, family reunification, school, and other community and culturally based activities. We offer long-term and short-term residential services to individuals. Currently, the home is set up for either females or males based on community needs. 

While residing at Integrity Youth Homes, LLC, our youth are provided with the following basic services: 

● A clean, safe living environment 

● Comfortable clothing 

● Nutritious meals and snacks 

● Regular school attendance 

● Involvement in community activities 

● Offered the opportunity to attend religious events 

● Encouraged to engage in cultural activities

● Instruction in daily living skills 

● Medical and behavioral health care, which includes therapeutic services

 Quality therapeutic services are key to the long-term success of our kids. We utilize professional therapists who are coordinated in collaboration with Integrity Youth Homes, case managers and family service providers which could include medical personnel, clinical treatment teams, school personnel, and any other providers involved with the child’s case. 

Education Protocol: At Integrity Youth Homes, our commitment to at-risk youth is strengthened by CEO Nate Scott’s extensive experience in the field.  We have established partnerships with local high schools to facilitate immediate enrollment for our residents. This collaboration allows us to closely monitor academic progress and provide tailored support, ensuring each student’s success. 

Eligibility: 

● School-aged individuals 17 and under 

● Does not pose an imminent threat to themselves or others 

● Is not acutely psychotic or severely developmentally disabled 

● If chemically dependent, accepts referrals for substance abuse treatment 

Open communication and teamwork among every individual is critical and expected. Integrity Youth Homes LLC evaluates the success of our program quarterly in preparation for the required annual reporting process. Evaluation of employee development, company objectives and client milestone success will be part of the review process. Overall, we appreciate the opportunity to serve this community and recognize that there are hundreds of displaced youths needing assistance in the state of Arizona. Once we stablish ourselves, we plan to add additional homes and look forward to earning the trust of the community and ensuring our youth are given opportunities they didn't know were possible.
