You may feel like you’re still carrying the weight of past experiences, even when you understand them rationally. Perhaps you notice patterns that keep repeating in your relationships, feel disconnected from yourself or your emotions, or find that your body responds in ways you don’t fully understand. Therapy can offer a space to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and explore what lies beneath the surface.
I offer a therapeutic space that is calm, compassionate, non-judgmental and trauma-informed, where we can work collaboratively and where you can show up as your whole self. I believe that our nervous system has an innate capacity for healing and resilience. When we experience safety and support, we can begin to move beyond patterns of fear and self-protection, toward healing and change.
I help adults (18+) with anxiety, burnout, depression, behavioural issues, and/or emotion-regulation concerns. I further support clients who struggle with self-esteem, ADHD, and relationship issues. I have specific interest in the treatment of complex relational and attachment trauma (including those who may have (C)PTSD, adverse childhood experiences, or Borderline Personality Disorder). As a Canadian-Palestinian, I bring sensitivity for cultural dilemmas and for the effects of intergenerational trauma on an individual.
My approach to psychotherapy is rooted in attachment-based and somatic-informed principles, and integrates Internal Family Systems (parts / inner child work), Emotionally-Focussed Trauma Therapy, Dialectical Behavioural (DBT), and Relational Psychodynamic therapies. My values are deeply rooted in anti-oppressive care, and in a non-pathologizing understanding of pain as both personal and collective. I work with clients of all genders, sexual orientations, and neurodivergent identities.
I hold a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Ottawa, where I am currently completing my Masters in Counselling Psychology. I offer individual therapy in French and English at the Integrative Healing Psychotherapy clinic, under the license and supervision of Nisha Mohan, R.P. I see clients in-person at our office at 136 Lewis Street, and online from the comfort of your home. As a graduate student therapist, I am able to accommodate any financial barriers you may have by offering low cost and pro bono services.
Finding a therapist that makes you feel comfortable and safe is important. I happily offer interested clients a free 30 minute consultation meeting, to help you decide if I could be the right support for your needs.
Looking forward to connecting with you. :)

A free consultation is a brief, no-pressure video call to ask questions, share what you're looking for in therapy, and get a sense of whether a therapist feels like the right fit for you. It’s the first step in our process at Integrative Healing!
Comfort with your therapist is the most important thing. You’re welcome to book consultations with more than one clinician to help you decide who you feel most at ease with. You can begin therapy after the consult, or take time to decide.
