Sometimes we don’t know how to move forward in life, and that sense of being frozen can feel overwhelming. I work with individuals who have experienced trauma or struggle with PTSD, helping them navigate anxiety, address depression symptoms, overcome relationship challenges, and find direction. When working together, my goal is to create a collaborative and empathetic space built on authenticity and respect. I strive to support you throughout your therapeutic journey while equipping you with the tools and self-knowledge needed to foster autonomy and empowerment.
I believe that our emotions and behaviours have a purpose, and understanding them can be a powerful tool for growth. My therapeutic approach is integrative and trauma-informed, based in relational psychodynamic, Internal Family Systems (IFS), emotion-focused (EFT), somatic, attachment-based and person-centred therapies.
I earned my bachelor's degree in psychology from McGill University. Following my graduation, I worked for two years as a crisis counsellor, supporting individuals facing crisis, suicidal ideation, and mental health challenges including PTSD and depression. This experience deepened my understanding of the realities faced by those struggling with mental health issues and enhanced my awareness of the impact of trauma on wellbeing. Currently, I am pursuing a master’s degree in Counselling and Spirituality at Saint Paul University.
I previously completed an undergraduate thesis exploring the lived experiences of individuals who engage in emotional eating. Currently, I am contributing to a qualitative study on male sexual trauma and working on my master’s thesis, which examines how different generations of Italian immigrants cope with a crisis of meaning. I am an active member of the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association. I am fluent in English, French, and Italian.
At the Integrative Healing clinic, I provide individual therapy to adults in both French and English under the supervision of Nisha Mohan, R.P. I am particularly interested in supporting those who have experienced trauma, or are navigating anxiety, depression or cultural challenges.
I am passionate about creating a safe and welcoming space where you can feel truly comfortable being yourself. I look forward to getting to know you and sharing a good laugh, or two, along the way.
A free consultation is a brief, no-pressure video call to ask questions, share what you're looking for in therapy, and get a sense of whether a therapist feels like the right fit for you. It’s the first step in our process at Integrative Healing!
Comfort with your therapist is the most important thing. You’re welcome to book consultations with more than one clinician to help you decide who you feel most at ease with. You can begin therapy after the consult, or take time to decide.
