At Carleton University, I completed my Bachelor of Arts in Developmental Psychology which focused on the growth and changes that occur in our mental states across our lifespan. During this time, I worked as a crisis responder to support individuals experiencing mental health challenges including suicidal ideation, anxiety, depression, and post-traumatic stress. This experience solidified my goal to help others navigate difficult life transitions and mental health challenges. I am presently working to complete my master’s degree in Counselling Psychology at the University of Ottawa.
Through my work in the mental health field, I have developed an understanding of how daunting, yet rewarding, asking for help can be. I strive to create a therapeutic environment where you feel safe, heard, understood, and comfortable to arrive just as you are. I believe that everyone already comes to therapy with many tools they need to reach their goals, and that my role is to support you on your journey in finding your strengths, helping you create a life that allows you to thrive.
I provide individual therapy to individual adults, teens, youth aged 5+, and families using an integrative approach, combining somatic, emotion-focused, and psychodynamic therapies to help you be more present within yourself and understand patterns you’ve been stuck in. As a queer therapist, I welcome individuals of all LGBTQ+ identities and relationship styles. I am particularly interested in working with individuals who have experiences of trauma or PTSD, as well as anxiety and depression. At the Integrative Healing clinic, I provide psychotherapy under the supervision of Dr. Natalie Charron, C.Psych., R.P., who specializes in treating individuals with complex trauma.
You don’t have to go through this alone. I am here to listen, support, and walk alongside you.
I invite you to book a free, 30-minute video chat to see if I’m a good fit for your needs!
A free consultation is a brief, no-pressure video call to ask questions, share what you're looking for in therapy, and get a sense of whether a therapist feels like the right fit for you. It’s the first step in our process at Integrative Healing!
Comfort with your therapist is the most important thing. You’re welcome to book consultations with more than one clinician to help you decide who you feel most at ease with. You can begin therapy after the consult, or take time to decide.
