1. Log into the Integration Fox portal at the following link: https://engine.integrationfox.com/
(If you don’t have access to the portal you can request access from your internal project sponsor or by raising a ticket with the Integration Fox Helpdesk at helpdesk@integrationfox.com)
2. On the Integration Fox dashboard you will see your integration (if you have multiple integrations they will all be listed here) select the settings icon on your integration. (If the icon doesn’t display straight away, wait a few seconds and it will appear).
3. This will take you to the menu for your Integration, select the ‘Entity Pairings’ tab.
4. This will show you the different entities in your integration, select the entity you are interested in.
5. This will bring up the settings menu for the entity you have selected, then select the ‘Sync Rules’ tab
6. You will now see all the fields synced on the selected entity, and what field they are paired with from the other platform. In the middle, you will see the sync rule for the field mapping, this shows you which platform can update the field, or if it says ‘Newest' or 'Newest unless empty’ this means it can be updated in either platform.
