AroFlo - HubSpot FAQ's

What direction does the integration go in, and what is synced? 

• The AroFlo Clients - Hubspot Companies sync 2-way 

• The AroFlo Contacts - Hubspot Contacts sync 2-way

• The AroFlo Quotes - Hubspot Deals only sync 1-way from AroFlo to HubSpot

Is it possible to have Hubspot Deals synced to AroFlo quotes? 

• No, AroFlo does not support creating quotes via the API. The workaround to this would be we can sync Hubspot Deals to AroFlo tasks. This is outside of the blueprint integration and would be subject to additional costs. 

What fields are synced in this integration? 

• From the link below, if you scroll down to the 'Integration Details' section of the integration set up page - https://engine.integrationfox.com/integrate/map/aroflo--hubspot . You will see 3 sections, which you can click on to see the detailed mapping available and the direction between those specific fields for our blueprint. 

• If you want to make changes to the fields that you can see are being synced, we can make those adjustments as a Change Request. Please contact us at helpdesk@integrationfox.com for an estimate of costs.

How does the integration know what deal stages to put the quotes in? 

• The Hubspot deal stage is linked to the Aroflo quote status. Therefore, when the quote status is adjusted this will reflect in Hubspot according to the rules set. We have a default mapping in the integration as shown below:

• This is our default mapping. If you have customised your Aroflo Status or Hubspot Deal Stages. Then, please send the updated version of these two elements of your workflow and send it to helpdesk@integrationfox.com, and our team will be able to update the integration.

Can I add any additional mappings to this integration?

What do I need to do before setting up my AroFlo - Hubspot integration?

1. Contact AroFlo to enable the API

2. Follow the sign-up process at the link below:

3. Below you will see our default template for the mappings we have in place for  Aroflo - Quote Status and Hubspot - Deal Stage. If you have customised your Aroflo Quote Status or Hubspot Deal Stages, then please send over a copy of your version of the chart below to helpdesk@integrationfox.com 

4. Enter credit card details

5. Contact helpdesk@integrationfox.com if you have any issues during the set-up process.

Why are my Hubspot Companies not creating AroFlo Clients?

• For a Client to be created in AroFlo, you will need to complete the following fields on the Company record in HubSpot.

  • • Company Name

    • Fox_AroFlo_FirstName

    • Fox_AroFlo_LastName

P.S. You can set up a HubSpot Workflow to update the Fox_AroFlo_FirstName & Fox_AroFlo_LastName from the Primary Contact associated with the Company.

• If you have entered any data into one of the fields below, then the Country and State fields must also be completed.

  • • Address

    • Address 2 

    • City

    • State

    • Country

    • Zip

Why are my Contacts not being created?

• A contact record must have an email address entered to sync between the two platforms.
