Is it possible to have Hubspot Deals synced to AroFlo quotes?
No, AroFlo does not support creating quotes via the API. The workaround to this would be we can sync Hubspot Deals to AroFlo tasks. This is outside of the blueprint integration and would be subject to additional costs.
What fields are synced in this integration?

You will see 3 sections, which you can click on to see the detailed mapping available and the direction between those specific fields for our blueprint.

How does the integration know what deal stages to put the quotes in?
The Hubspot deal stage is linked to the Aroflo quote status. Therefore, when the quote status is adjusted this will reflect in Hubspot according to the rules set. We have a default mapping in the integration as shown below:
This is our default mapping. If you have customised your Aroflo Status or Hubspot Deal Stages. Then, please send the updated version of these two elements of your workflow and send it to helpdesk@integrationfox.com, and our team will be able to update the integration.

Why are my Hubspot Companies not creating AroFlo Clients?
For a Client to be created in AroFlo, you will need to complete the following fields on the Company record in HubSpot.
Company Name
Fox_AroFlo_FirstName
Fox_AroFlo_LastName
P.S. You can set up a HubSpot Workflow to update the Fox_AroFlo_FirstName & Fox_AroFlo_LastName from the Primary Contact associated with the Company.
If you have entered any data into one of the fields below, then the Country and State fields must also be completed.

Why are my Contacts not being created?
A contact record must have an email address entered to sync between the two platforms.
