LEAP is a Proof-of-Work recruitment track. Instead of judging you by your past titles, we evaluate your ability to solve a real-time INTAN challenge. If your solution meets our standards, you skip the entire hiring maze and go straight to an offer.

Choose your area (HR, GA, Sales & Marketing, Production, QAQC, Supply Chain and Maintenance). Each track has a Live Case hosted on a public Google Doc. These aren't textbook exercises; they are real bottlenecks we are currently solving at INTAN.
You have the freedom to research, analyze, and build your solution using your own tools and logic. We don’t care how you get there, as long as the result is precise, efficient, and innovative. This is where you show us your grit and your grip on the wheel.
Once your solution is ready, skip the "Apply" buttons. Send your work directly to our team via email. No CV required, your solution is your identity.
Our leadership team reviews every submission based on technical merit and strategic impact. If your work proves you have the DNA of a Driver, we’ll skip the small talk and move straight to the final offer.
