Job Descriptions

• Prepare and execute daily, weekly, and monthly preventive maintenance plans to keep machinery breakdown under control

• Calculate and monitor OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness), MTBF (Mean Time Between Failure), and MTTR (Mean Time to Repair) as the basis for maintenance performance evaluation

• Develop machinery manual books from field observations to standardize machine information across the maintenance team

• Manage spare part planning and consumable usage to maintain accuracy targets and control maintenance costs within budget set by Finance

• Build and maintain data records for corrective, breakdown, and preventive maintenance activities, including outstanding work order tracking

• Train and develop operators' competency in maintaining their own machines, supporting the transition toward Autonomous Maintenance

• Implement visual management standards (LEAN) and Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) on maintenance work orders

• Draft the maintenance department's migration plan toward a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
