• Establish & Implement Core Eelectrical Standards: Flash safety, electrical troubleshooting, High voltage substation

• Preventive Maintenance: Physical electrical equipment cleaning, battery replacement schedules, communication port testing, I/O module diagnostics

• Firmware Management: Track firmware updates, software licensing

• Backup & Disaster Recovery: Implement version control and backup protocol for all plant PLC

• Automation Project: Implement sensor detection (andon) system, automate mechanical/electrical process, KAIZEN project

• Program Modification: Perform minor code adjustments, logic optimization, and sensor integrations as required by process changes.

• Control schematic diagram for every machine in the factory floor
