• PLC & HMI Programming: online and offline programming, modification, and troubleshooting for all plant PLCs

• Process Loop Tuning: Monitor and optimize complex PID control loops

• System Integration: Wire, configure, and integrate new field sensors, variable frequency drives (VFDs), and instrumentation into existing control networks.

• OT Network Management: Map, organize, and maintain the facility's industrial Ethernet/Fieldbus networks

• Functional Safety: Ensure all automated safety interlocks, emergency stop loops, and burner management systems (BMS) are maintained
