Please note, the Principality insurer insists on knowing who will be in attendance at any event before it happens. We must therefore submit our attendee lists to our insurer seven days prior to the event. This means that anyone who has not booked for the event prior to the seven day window, will not be allowed to remain onsite should they turn up unannounced. To do so would invalidate our insurance agreement and nullify the policy.
Please note, there will be no charge for children under the age of 18 attending this event with their parents or other legal guardian. However each child must be booked separately for our insurance purposes.
Prices are all per individual, there are no group or family bookings.
This year, event fee payments may be made in two instalments if paying by BACS.
Payment of at least 50% of your total event fee will constitute confirmation of your booking.

N.B. If you fall into more than one concession category, choose the one that befits you most. It will not affect the total concession discount.
Please note: Thursday 15th and Monday 19th have no scheduled activities. They are for setup and tear down respectively.

Non-UK residents may pay in cash upon arrival, but all bookings must be confirmed by sending travel details to the registration steward. (For example, flight or ferry reservations)
Non payment or lack of overseas travel plans means that your registration is not confirmed!
Confirmation travel details should be sent to the registration email as soon as possible.

We will then confirm your reservation and publish your SCA name (if consented) on the “Confirmed Attendee” list.
Insulae Draconis must pay the full site fee three months prior to the event date.
Therefore:
Attendance may be cancelled up to twelve weeks before booking closes with no penalty.
Attendance may be cancelled between twelve weeks and four weeks before booking closes, but only half the booking price will be refunded.
Attendance cancelled with four weeks or less before booking closes will incur full costs.
Cancellation emails should be sent to the reservation steward as early as possible.
Important: this event does not coordinate pickups or drop offs.
Attendees are encouraged to coordinate with other attendees to share taxis or to make other transportation arrangements.

Arrive no earlier than 8am

Alarm call can be delivered via Peacock or Cathedral Bells.
Depart site by 1pm the following day.
