Bookings will be confirmed when at least one payment is made for at least 50% of your total event fee or, if travelling from overseas, when evidence of travel plans are presented to the reservation steward.

Please note: If you recently paid for the event, but are still listed as 'Not Yet Confirmed' there is a short delay between payments made and confirmation in the event data.
