In order to know something else about some of the chemical elements we studied, students looked for the year of discovery, the ethymology, the state at standard temperature (25ºC), its uses, where can we find it, ...
We printed it using different colour papers taking into account if they are metals, non-metals o noble gases. April 2021
States of matter: solid, liquid and gas
Gases, liquids and solids are all made up of microscopic particles, but the behaviors of these particles differ in the three phases. How do these particles move? How are their forces of attraction?
Students worked in pairs, asked questions to each other and prepared a summary in English to get ready before the exam.

The Archimedes' principle
After studying some of the properties of matter, students wondered: why does a body sink or why does a body float? The Archimedes' principle and the density gave them the answer.
