If selected, the papers must be presented publicly in any of the three aforementioned languages.

The Symposium Scientific Committee will assess the proposals and decide which ones can be presented at the Symposium as well as their context and format. The organising committee will inform all interested parties about the result of this selection by 17 May at the latest. There are three possible responses:

• “Accepted for presentation during the symposium (and eligible to be published)”,

• “Accepted, eligible to be published” and

• “Rejected”.

The originals of the “Accepted” papers must be delivered, in the form of paper proposals, within two months of the closing date of the Symposium (31 December 2021 at the latest). The texts will be reviewed prior to possible publication in Estudis Escènics.
