My Why
I'm so happy that you are here! I’ve always felt drawn to helping others explore the deeper parts of themselves, to understand why they show up the way they do and find ways to grow through life’s toughest moments.
I’ve faced my own times of uncertainty, working to make sense of life and find solid ground. Those experiences inspire me to create a safe, compassionate space where you can slow down, be seen, and explore your story without judgment or pressure.
My Philosophy and Approach
I believe therapy is most effective when it meets you exactly where you are—honoring your readiness and what feels important to you in the moment. Change doesn’t happen on a schedule, and healing looks different for everyone.
My role is to hold up a mirror; helping you identify patterns, beliefs, and emotions that often shape your experience beneath the surface. This reflection isn’t about judgment or pressure; it’s about providing honest insight that supports your growth. My approach draws from a blend of therapeutic modalities, including attachment work, trauma-informed care, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, somatic techniques, and Motivational Interviewing.
Together, we’ll navigate what’s real for you—not what feels expected.
Who I Support
I primarily work with women who are juggling many parts of their lives—whether you’re moving through a big transition, healing from past wounds, or trying to balance the needs of others with your own.
If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply ready to understand yourself better, I’m here to walk alongside you.
Personal Interests
Outside of therapy, I’m usually in full mommy mode. Being a mom to two girls is honestly my pride and joy—even if life sometimes feels a little chaotic as I juggle everything and figure out a new daily rhythm.
I’m a real foodie who loves cooking and trying out new restaurants. Traveling and spending time with my family are some of my favorite ways to recharge. And then, other times, complete solitude is exactly what I need.
If you feel ready to start or just want to learn more, I’d be honored to hear your story.
