Navigating support services can often feel like a maze. To help you find the right path, we’ve updated our Inclusion and SEND signposting page where you will find a dedicated space to connect you with local events, specialist information, and professional advice.
The government has proposed changes to improve outcomes for children and young people with SEND, including: early, local and fair support, effectively grounded in evidence, and with shared accountabilities across local partners.
The consultation process has begun, and they are asking for comments from everyone with an interest, including
children, young people and families
teachers and leaders
schools, trusts and early years and post-16 providers
local authorities
experts and academic organisations
representative groups
