This is a longitudinal case study following patient (protagonist), Jordan Rivera, over a period of 23 years.
Identify recurring threads that are impacting their life and community.
Use the information provided at each stage to design a simulation using the SIM Design Canvas Worksheet in the Team Activity Tab or by clicking on the PDF below.
Role play and discuss how each discipline played a pivotal role in their journey.
Discuss outcomes using the reflection questions at each stage.
Debrief as a group using the Debrief Guide.
