Hybrid Technical Setup Checklist 

Once you've decided that you are doing a hybrid delivery model, here are your next steps: 

1. Connect our IT team with the clients (Email Template Here)

2. Internet bandwidth offered in the X meeting location (Speed Test service).

3. Client has power strips 

4. Make a request of Engagement Manager and CRM coordinate to deliver the following materials to the meeting location; they include: 

   1. Flip chart stands

   2. Printed handouts and the corresponding fillable worksheets to share with virtual participants

   3. Markers, pens, notepads, hand sanitizer, dongle

   4. Client has power strips 

   5. Lunch is ordered if need be

   6. Jabra Speak 510

   7. Logitech Brio 4K Pro Webcam

   8. Tripod for camera 

   9. USB Cable Extender 

   10. Double sided tape

Note we have a variation of the Hybrid kit that uses the "Meeting Owl" in place of the Jabra/Brio combination.

Notes:

• The Camera is plugged via a USB cable.

• The Jabra can be plugged via USB or connected to the computer via BlueTooth. You want to prefer the earlier for reliability. 

Add to the shipment two USB cable extenders to ensure that you can install the camera and the Jabra at the best place in the room.
