Hybrid Technical Setup

Once you've decided that you are doing a hybrid delivery model, here are your next steps:

1. Send an email to the client champion asking who will be the designated IT contact person for this engagement.

2. Once you have the email address and name, please send this email below to get the answers to the following questions and connect them with our IT team.

My name is X, a consultant at Insigniam. We've started an engagement with X company and will be having hybrid meetings on site. I wanted to connect with you to connect IT teams (our IT team courtesy cc'd) to ensure we are set up for success.

Video uses a lot of battery; therefore

• • Can power strips be made available at the meeting location so everyone to plug their computers in and have power throughout the meeting

  • Is internet bandwidth offered in the meeting location is strong enough for live streaming and concurrent connections of the number of participants? What are the bandwidth/wifi relays in the room? We suggest having a connection of at least 200MB download and upload for groups of 30 or less (Speed Test service).

  • Can you grant our company emails permission to be on your wifi so we dont run into firewall issues when we access the wifi?

  • Will you be point of contact during our session in case we need to trouble shoot anything? If not, can you connect me to who will be?
