The promoting team which is formed by an Economics, Technology and English teacher decided to be part of this project in order to experiment how it would be to teach these subjects in English.


For this second year of the project we created the requested CLIL Projects and we implemented them. After that we have been observing and reflecting over those sessions and below you will find out what conclusion we arrived to.

As we experienced last year, students were adamant about working on the SDG topic in English. However, once we presented the project and they saw what it was about, they were hands on. They ended up creating the required website about collaborative consumption and discovered how easy it was to be able to acquire things or share knowledge inside a small group of five people. That took them to understand that this project could be something bigger and share it with the whole high school.

Therefore, they have been able to see that they can make an impact on consumerism and be more planet-friendly if they change their consuming habits.
