OUR PROJECT
We are part of a project called "High Five for the Planet - Breathe in & Work out", which is cofunded by the Erasmus+ Programme of the European Union.
This project started in the 2020-2021 academic year and was expected to last two years. The project is carried out with collaboration of four European institutes: INS Cassà de la Selva (Cassà de la Selva, Spain), Hagelstamskaskolan (Grankulla, Finland), Scuola Media Statale Giuseppe Mazzini (Marsala, Italy) and Österslättsskolan (Karlshamn, Sweden). Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, it was not possible to carry out all the scheduled activities in the established time. For this reason, the project has been extended by another year and will end in the next academic year 2022-2023.
The project is based on working with environmental and climate issues and health and wellbeing. It includes four mobilities involving ten students and two teachers from each of the countries.
During the mobilities, participants can see the lifestyle of hosting country, get to know their environmental realities and communicate with people from all the other partner countries. The interaction with a different culture develops their tolerance and respect for alterity, teamwork skills and self-confidence.
This is the web page corresponding to mobility in Spain.
