Day started by planting the roses in the school yard with several sixth graders from the school and their biology teacher. We dug the holes, placed the roses and waterd them. Each country put a sign of their school.
After we planted the roses we washed our hands and we went to the multimedia room where we listened to each countries presentations about their traditions. The first presentation was about Spanish traditions, the second one was about Slovak traditions, the third one was about Greek traditions and the last one was about Romanian traditions. We have also been presented the Bulgarian traditions and some German ones online. Then we went to lunch.
When we came back from lunch, the Bulgarian students prepared for us presentations and experiments involved with physics. One of the experiments was showing us how to make electricity out of organic garbage and fruits. They told us interesting facts about science.
At the end of the lesson the Bulgarian teacher came and we followed her to the school kitchen.
The cooking lesson started by writing down the students' wishes which we later put into banitsa and teachers told us about the history of the meal. Then they showed us how to bake it. After that they put it in the oven for 40 minutes and while it was baking we were playing volleyball. When the banitsa was ready we tasted it and it was delicious. That was the last thing we did after which we went back to our hotel.
In the evening we all had dinner in a traditional Bulgarian restaurant and saw various folklore dances and an interesting folklore program. We also had the chance to practice what we had learned at school as dances.
