Biography
Dr. Kang holds an Assistant Professor in Industrial & Management Engineering at INHA University. He is the director of the Technical Approach for Computing Trend Information & Convergence System (TACTICS). Dr. Kang focuses on the optimization of systems where it can actually make advantages in the real world. In order to reach the outcomes his lab explores systems through the acquisition, convergence and mining of large scale data. Dr. Kang received his Ph.D., M.E. (Industrial Engineering) from the Pennsylvania State University in the US, and M.S. (Industrial Engineering) from Myongji University in Korea while he working as a task force team leader at HYNIX semiconductor in Korea. He had his B.S. in Industrial Engineering from Inha University in Korea.
