Spatial Data Intelligence (SDI) Lab focuses on the spatial intelligence of data sensing, data-centric computing and analysis in the fields of Mapping and GIS. Our research areas cover the entire lifecycle of spatial data, from spatial data quality; to spatial data processing; to spatial data modeling; and to spatial data computing and location-based analysis solutions for various GIS applications. The ultimate goal is to leverage spatial data and information to make informed decisions, solve real-world problems, and contribute to the better understanding and management of our environment.
