Modeling on
Ecology and Evolution Workshop 2024
2024.2.20 - 2024.2.21
60th Anniversary Hall Room 107
Inha University, Incheon, South Korea
Goal
Our workshop is dedicated to advancing our understanding of complex ecological and biological systems, transcending microbial communities to encompass a broader range of ecosystems. The workshop aims to address the challenges in predicting the dynamics of diverse ecological and biological systems. By integrating theoretical models that consider interaction distributions and genome-scale metabolic models, the workshop seeks to overcome the complexities inherent in these systems. The ultimate objective is to develop an integrated modeling framework capable of accurately predicting the impact of ecology, environment, and evolution on a variety of biological systems. Through interdisciplinary collaboration, the workshop endeavors to uncover fundamental principles governing the dynamics of ecological and biological systems, contributing valuable insights to the broader field of ecology and evolution.
