Reading - click on the books to hear stories about bunnies and Easter.
Writing -Go on an Easter egg hunt. Take photos of the the hunt and then write about it. e.g I am looking up in the tree, I am looking in the garden, I am looking under the trampoline. Or do one or more of the following activities...
Maths - practice counting objects e.g. pom poms, eggs or counters. Or try one of these Easter themed maths activities...

Physical Activity - Can you jump like a bunny? Click on the video to do the "Bunny Hokey Pokey". The Hokey Pokey is one of our favourite Taonga time songs to dance to. Do you recognise the tune?
Or, you could practice some fine motor skills this week - try picking up pom poms with tweezers and putting them into an empty egg carton.
Art and Craft - have fun doing one of these Easter activities...take a photo of what you have made and send it to your teacher!
Singing - sing your favourite songs or listen to music! Click on the video for one of our favourite Taonga time songs. You'll find more Taonga time favourites on the "Songs" page.
Sensory - Make playdough easter eggs or use playdough to decorate an egg shape.
Or go outside and blow bubbles!
