World Lookups

World Lookups is an OutSystems component that eliminates the need for developers to reinvent the wheel every time they create an application and need to fill in some standard lookup table.

With World Lookups the common data like lists of Countries, Regions, Phone Codes and others are already available for use, saving you not only time in the initial development, but also offering your solution the assurance of easy future maintainability!

After installing the World Lookups component, you can use this option on your DMM application to fill in the data. Just click the World Lookups option in the DMM's Management menu option:

You'll be taken to a page where you can launch the process to fill in/update of the lookup entity's data, and see the resulting report of the update process.

When you have the World Lookups module installed from the Forge, instead of the above page DMM will present to you a page like this:

Pressing the Update button will start the process in DMM of loading the information into the World Lookups module:

When the update finishes you see a log of the operation and which lookups were updated, and to which version of data:
