We have an online course, DMM Foundation, that offers an overview of OutSystems metadata, data migration best practices and an initial overview of using our DMM tool (see details in the link).

The course is free, available online so you can do it at your own pace. At the end of the 4 modules, you get a #DMMFoundation certification.
