Yes, it is possible. If a visa is required for the Visiting Researcher's family to come to Japan, CGE will issue the necessary documents only if the Visiting Researcher's family come to Japan at the same time as the Visiting Researcher (if the Visiting Researcher's family comes to Japan at a different time, the Visiting Researcher must handle the issue on his/her own). Only spouses and children are eligible. Parents and grandchildren are not eligible.
Please note that the number of accommodations for family members is limited, so we cannot always accommodate your request. For off-campus housing, ICU Services, Inc. will assist you.
