What makes an effective leader in today’s global organizations—and how do leadership expectations differ across key Asia Pacific and global markets? Join Krista Pederson, MA, Managing Director at Hogan Assessments, and Nicole Dickie, MA, Senior Consultant, for a data driven exploration of leadership effectiveness with a special focus on Taiwan. Drawing on findings from Hogan’s Global Leadership Effectiveness Study, which includes data from nearly 10,000 respondents across more than 120 countries, this webinar examines the leaders organizations currently have in Taiwan and the leaders Taiwanese respondents most want. The session highlights key gaps between current and desired leadership characteristics in Taiwan and places these insights in a broader global context. Participants will gain comparative takeaways on how leadership expectations in Taiwan align with—or differ from—those in major global trading partners, including Japan and Mainland China, and the United States. By understanding both the universal leadership behaviors valued worldwide and the culturally specific expectations that shape leadership success in Taiwan and neighboring markets, participants will gain practical insights to better engage employees and develop leaders who are equipped to lead effectively across cultures.
