Dr. Gordy Curphy is founder of Curphy Leadership Solutions who graduated from and was a tenured professor at the US Air Force Academy, obtained a PhD in I/O psychology from the University of Minnesota. He co-authored 25 books on leadership and teams, collected data from 5,000 teams, conducted in-depth leadership assessments on 2,000 Directors to CEOs. He was named a Fellow for Division 14 of the American Psychological Association in 2025.

Infelligent have been authorized distributor of Curphy Leadership Solutions in Taiwan since 2018, we apply The Rocket Model to help many clients’ team development effectively, and certified many team coaches on the use of facilitating team activities and team assessments. We much appreciate mentor and support from Dr. Gordy Curphy to make us help organizations strengthen their teams development as we promised.
