I look to connect with clients on a human level, fostering a path toward resilience and growth through integrative techniques involving empathy, and mindfulness-based practices.
Empathy and compassion are two of the many goals I have for my therapy sessions. You desire a therapist that you can trust and has your best interest in mind. I work with individuals, couples, and families. I am passionate about working with clients through grief and loss, anxiety, couple conflicts, self-esteem, and trauma but can work with an array of conflicts that you may be experiencing. My services provide a meaningful impact because of the emphasis I place on connecting with each client, and their unique needs. I am authentic to who I am as a person, and as a therapist.
I look to provide a deeply empathetic, experiential, and trauma-informed therapeutic environment, using collaborative, CBT, and Trauma-informed techniques to help clients navigate and heal from an array of symptoms including, but not limited to, the effects of trauma, grief, anxiety, and depression. Through integrative, somatic, and mindfulness practices, my clients will be empowered to connect with themselves and their emotions, fostering resilience and self-compassion.

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I work virtually with individuals, couples, and families navigating a wide range of emotional and relational challenges. While MFT is often misunderstood as being limited to marriage or family counseling, the truth is that this approach is grounded in understanding the complex systems we all live in—whether you’re coming in alone, with a partner, or as a family unit. I support clients through issues such as anxiety, communication struggles, trauma, life transitions, and relationship conflicts. My goal is to provide a safe, attuned space for growth, healing, and connection—however that looks for you.

I offer Brainspotting as part of my healing work 💫 As a therapist who believes deeply in the mind-body connection, I’m always seeking ways to support clients in healing not just from the surface, but from the roots. Brainspotting is a powerful, neuroscience-based therapy that helps access and process unhealed trauma and stuck emotional experiences in the brain and body. It works by identifying specific “brainspots” — eye positions connected to where trauma is stored — allowing us to go beyond words and into deep, embodied healing.
This approach aligns with everything I believe about therapy: that healing isn’t linear, and it doesn’t always happen through talking alone. It’s gentle, intuitive, and empowering — and it honors your nervous system’s wisdom.Brainspotting can be used effectively with individuals, couples, athletes, performers, actors, creatives, and professionals in high-performance roles who are seeking deeper emotional clarity, regulation, and resilience. Whether you’re navigating relational struggles, performance anxiety, burnout, or trauma, Brainspotting supports you in accessing the internal blocks that words alone often can’t reach.
