Council #8056 participates in cemetery clean up of St. Joseph's Cemetery in Lafayette, IN as a Corporal Work of Mercy. St. Joseph's Cemetery is an older and historic cemetery in need of TLC and yearly maintenance. Refer to our calendar for the next cemetery clean up date.

Council #8056 Brothers participate in the annual Polar Plunge to raise money for Indiana Special Olympics. We team up with Brothers from area councils to show solidarity in our support for Indiana Special Olympics by taking a dip in frigid waters at this annual event. The Polar Plunge typically takes place in February each year. Check our calendar for the next Polar Plunge and be on the lookout for ways you can contribute.

Every year Knights Council #8056 supports our local community through our iconic Tootsie Roll Drive. The proceeds of this drive benefit a local organization (Camp WACK) in order to bring hope, joy, dignity, and confidence to our local mentally and/or physically handicapped citizens.
