Council #8056
Part of the Knights of Columbus response to the Coronavirus pandemic is to support local food pantries per the "Leave No Neighbor Behind" initiative. The Knights participate in various ways of collecting and distributing food. Over 6,000 lbs. of food was distributed in August of 2020 into your local greater Lafayette community.

Gibault was founded in 1921 by the Indiana Knights of Columbus as a home for wayward boys. Over the years, Gibault has evolved to meet the needs of at-risk youth everywhere. Today, Gibault serves boys and girls and has provided life-changing opportunities for over 10,000 children and their families. Council #8056 raises funds for Gibault through 50/50 raffles and other misc. contributions throughout the year. Our council is represented by our Gibault Envoy, who participates in an annual on-site Gibault Envoy Conference at the Terre Haute Gibault Campus as well as educates our local council on Gibault happenings and needs. Learn more about Gibault and how they help at-risk youth from around the entire state in the link below.
