Child Safety Standards (CSAE Policy) | Effective September 18, 2026

1. Introduction

Indeez is committed to the safety of children and maintains a zero-tolerance policy for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) in any form. Indeez is a platform for discovering and sharing music and connecting with artists, labels, venues, and fans, and protecting children from harm is fundamental to keeping that community safe. This policy explains the standards we uphold across the Indeez app and service, in line with Google Play's Child Safety Standards policy.

2. Policy Scope

These standards apply to all users, content, and activity on Indeez - including profiles, posts, comments, messages, shared music, and any other user-generated content or interaction on the platform.

3. Platform Specifics

Indeez includes social features - public posts, comments, direct messaging, and following. To keep these safe we operate the following safeguards:

• Reporting on every surface. Any post, profile, or message can be reported from within the app.

• Blocking. Users can block other accounts to stop all contact and hide their content.

• Review and removal. Reported content and accounts are reviewed, and content that violates this policy is removed.

• Account action. Accounts involved in CSAE are suspended and terminated.
  
  

4. Definitions

CSAE refers to content, behaviour, or activity that sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers a minor. This includes child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sextortion, and trafficking.

CSAM refers to any content that depicts or promotes the sexual abuse or exploitation of a minor.

Minor refers to any individual under the age of 18.

5. Prohibited Activities

The following are strictly prohibited on Indeez:

• Uploading, sharing, or linking to any content that depicts, promotes, or facilitates CSAE or CSAM.

• Using the platform to groom, solicit, traffic, or otherwise exploit or endanger a minor.

• Encouraging, facilitating, or normalising any CSAE activity.
  
  

6. Detection and Prevention

Human review. Reported content and accounts are reviewed by our team, and violating material is removed.

In-app reporting tools. Reporting controls on posts, profiles, and messages let the community surface harmful content quickly.

Cooperation with authorities. We cooperate with law enforcement and child-safety organisations, and comply with applicable child-safety laws in the regions where Indeez operates.

7. Reporting CSAE Content

If you encounter content or behaviour on Indeez that may sexually exploit or endanger a child, report it immediately:

• In the app: use the Report control on the post, profile, or message.

• By email: support@indeez.world — our child-safety point of contact.

Reports are treated as a priority. If a child is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first.

8. Actions and Consequences

When we identify a violation of this policy we take one or more of the following actions:

• Content removal - the violating content is taken down.

• Account action - the account is suspended or permanently terminated.

• Notification to authorities - where we become aware of apparent CSAM, we report it to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and/or the relevant local authority, as required by applicable law.
  
  

9. Education and Awareness

• We train the team members responsible for reviewing reports to recognise and act on CSAE.

• We provide users with clear reporting tools and guidance on keeping the community safe.

• We review and update this policy as our platform and the relevant standards evolve.
  
  

10. Compliance and Review

This policy is designed to meet applicable laws and regulatory requirements, including Google Play's Child Safety Standards policy and developer guidelines. We review it regularly and update it as needed.

11. Age

Indeez is intended for adults aged 18 and over, as set out in our Terms & Conditions, and is not directed to children. Any individual under the age of 18 is treated as a minor for the purposes of this policy. Accounts found to belong to users under 18 may be removed.
